In today's world most of us are under too much pressure, there is so much to worry about and many reasons to feel stressed and anxious. If you have a caring, sensitive nature or you are an empath this can be even worse. The upsetting events around the world or even closer to home can really drain you and impact your whole system to such an extent that you feel unable to function.
Research also shows that more women tend to suffer with anxiety than men. We have become disconnected from ourselves and also from the natural world we are inherently a part of and we are suffering as a result.
