'HANDS OFF' REIKI
Reiki is a very gentle and effective way of addressing imbalance within the body. It provides deep relaxation, reduces stress, and will help to re-align a disrupted energy flow and promote healing at all levels. Anyone can benefit from Reiki. Often after an injury, surgery or a traumatic event, Reiki can help the body's natural healing process. It is now used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide as its benefits have been more widely reported and accepted.

Balance Your Emotions
With the use of 100% pure essential oils in a difuser during your Reiki treatment, your experience will be enhanced and help your mind and body feel free and clear of all worries and stresses that life places upon us. The power of natural plants is a great healer to the mind/body and is underestimated and often overlooked in modern medicine. The oils I use have been specially sourced from a holistic company who are dedicated to providing sustainably produced, unadulterated oils by working closely with the distillers to ensure their purity. Only by using the pure oil of the plant can we benefit from its healing energy. For this reason I do not use fragrance or synthetic oils.
REIKI CRYSTAL HEALING
An Ancient Science
The use of specially selected crystals is a very powerful tool to enhance your Reiki treatment. By combining the Reiki energy with the crystals, their healing power is amplified. As a certified Reiki Crystal Healing Practitioner I will use the crystal most suited to your personal healing. Once again we are rediscovering the benefits of using crystals which some of our Ancient Ancestors understood. The natural healing ability of crystals is becoming more widely accepted as science has shown that they vibrate at different frequencies which in turn can affect the body's own vibration for healing purposes.
REIKI CHAKRA BALANCING
Our bodies are made up of 7 main energy centres known as chakras and when one or more of these become imbalanced or blocked it can create unwelcome symptoms, both emotionally and physically. The use of Reiki can help re-balance these chakras and bring the mind/body back into alignment. This can usually be done in a short treatment with the help of Reiki charged chakra balancing stones. You may find that a specific chakra requires more work at a deeper level and so a full Reiki treatment concentrating on that particular area may be beneficial in this case.
REIKI DISTANCE HEALING
Reiki is not bound by time or space
Reiki Distance Healing is a valuable healing technique and just as effective as an in-person session. It is based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow even over great distance. Distance Reiki helps activate the natural healing processes and helps restore physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Reiki Practitioner I am trained in the art of distance healing. I can also provide this service with the use of crystals.
Calms and helps heal
Reiki is a safe non-invasive form of healing that addresses the whole animal – mind, body and spirit.
With my 'Hands-on' Reiki therapy, your animal friend should feel relaxed and renewed after each session. The healing energy of Reiki will flow to where it is needed. Just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to the animal's health. If the animal is not open to receiving the treatment 'hands-on' then I will do the 'hands-off' version. Your animal knows what it needs.
Regain control of your mind and your life
Mindfulness is nothing new but it is something that a lot of us have lost in today's crazy world. We are constantly bombarded with information and the stressors placed upon us causing our minds to get overloaded which leads to more stress. By practicing simple techniques you can learn to focus your mind on the present moment. By doing so it stops the mind's constant chatter and enables it to rest which provides benefit for the whole body and reduces stress.
